Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. A contract is formed only when we send a shipment confirmation email or dispatch the goods.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, cancel orders arising from such errors, or update prices without prior notice. Your payment card will be charged at the time of order placement.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide, excluding some remote and Asian regions. Our delivery options are:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via DHL/FedEx in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via EMS in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

4.4 Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request to cancel or modify an order by contacting us immediately at [email protected]. We will accommodate your request only if the order has not yet entered the processing/packing stage (within 24 hours).

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is an integral part of these Terms. Key points include:

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any non-refundable customs duties.
