2 Receive Your RMA & Instructions
We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including the return address (based in Ivesdale, US) and any special instructions for your items.
3 Pack and Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number visibly on the package, and ship to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4 Inspection & Processing
Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
5 Refund or Exchange Fulfillment
For approved returns: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method. For exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item using your preferred shipping method (standard or free shipping for orders over $50).
